Happy Birthday Bergen!

Our little Bergen just turned one! It has been quite a year for us, and adding Bergen to our family has been the best part of it all. She is the happiest little girl! I adore her sweet shy little smile, her fishy face when she kisses, and the way she pats my arm when I rock her to sleep. She's an early bird, but I love our alone time during the quite mornings. She always smiling, she's always happy, and for the most part completely content. I just love to watch her watch the world. She loves to just take it all in. She's my little sunshine!

Monday Night Fun...

So, it actually didn't start out as a F.H.E. lesson about body piercing, but somehow it ended that way. The best was the following exchange between Aaron and Ensley while they were wrestling.

A: " I'll squeeze you with my legs...arhhh!"

E: "And turn me into ketsup?!"

LoVe tHe SiLlY oNeS! Anyway, I think we're finally recovering from the holidays. We spent some good times with great friends. My parents and baby sis came the day after Christmas. We played a lot and spent a few days at the beach. It was cold, but still fanastic. A special visit all around. After that I was in charge of our Primary party on the 10th. Planning anything for 100 children is quite the task. We have a great ward and a lot of people participated. All in all, I would say it was a great success. So, we're finally getting back to whatever normal is. Life is great, normal or not. With my sweeties I wouldn't have it any other way!
